A Hull man is facing multiple felony charges in Sioux County after authorities say he sexually abused two children under the age of 12 on multiple occasions several years ago.
According to the Sioux County Sheriff's Office, the charges stem from an investigation into historical allegations of sexual abuse involving two juvenile victims. The alleged incidents are said to have occurred over a period of time prior to 2026.
The man faces multiple counts of second-degree sexual abuse, which is classified as a Class B felony under Iowa law, carrying a potential sentence of up to 25 years in prison per count.
This case is entirely separate from the child exploitation investigation involving Evan Daniel Marra, also of Hull, which was announced earlier in the same week. The two cases are unrelated and involve different suspects, victims, and investigative processes.
Sioux County authorities have not released the name of the suspect in this case as of the time of publication. Further details are expected as the case proceeds through the court system.
